Delinquent Tax Sale

2024 TAX SALE REGISTRATION

• Property to be sold at the 2024 Tax Sale, being held November 4, 2024, will be advertised in the Aiken Standard on three consecutive Saturdays immediately preceding the sale.


• Interested Bidders must register on-line at www.aikencountysc.gov beginning September 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. and end October 18, 2024. at 5:00 p.m.


• There will be no registration the day of sale.


• Original, signed Application for Registration and Registration Fee must be received by our office no later than October 25, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. before application for registration can be finalized.


• Please mail your original, signed Application for Registration and $25.00 Registration Fee to:

• Acceptable forms of payment are personal/business checks, Cashier's Check or Money Order.


• Once the required documents and payment have been processed, an email confirmation will be sent which serves as your receipt.


• All sale bids must be paid in full by 5:00 P.M. the same day with cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, or money order. No personal checks accepted. A receipt will be issued for each bid.


• There is a one year redemption period.
