Birth Certificates

Birth Certificates are available from the Vital Records Division of the SC Department of Public Health (SC DPH). The SC DPH website provides information on the Vital Records it manages and how to obtain a certified copy of a birth certificate.The local DHEC office, located at 222 Beaufort St NE, Aiken, provides copies of birth and death certificates. This office is also referred to as the Aiken County Health Department.
