The Aiken County Delinquent Tax Sale is held once a year on the first Monday of November beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Aiken County Government Center.

  • Property to be sold is advertised in the Aiken Standard on three consecutive Saturdays immediately preceding the sale.

  • Bidder registration begins at 9:00 A.M. on the day of the sale.

  • All bids must be paid in full by 5:00 P.M. the same day with cash, cashier's check or money order. A receipt will be issued for each bid.

  • You must wait one year before receiving a Tax Title to the land on which you bid.
