Real property taxes are billed in the fall, and are payable by the following January 16. Penalties are added to unpaid tax bills in January, in February, and in March, with additional costs incurred as the unpaid bills are prepared for the Delinquent Tax Sale that is held on the first Monday of November at the County Government Center.

Any delinquent taxes must be paid before current tax payments are accepted. Delinquent taxes are paid at the Delinquent Tax Collector's office in Suite 2500 of the Government Center.
