The Aiken County Planning & Development Office, which serves as the Augusta Regional Transportation Study Metropolitan Planning Organization (ARTS MPO) for the S.C. side, is in the process of helping the Augusta-Richmond County Planning Commission develop the 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan.
